Motorcycle Ride Volunteer Network General Disclaimer:

Motorcycle Ride Volunteer Network, herein after referred to as MRVN, is a non-profit, worldwide organization. Our purpose is twofold;

1. Helping to get disabled motorcycle enthusiasts "seat time" as passengers, either directly by taking on disabled passengers personally , or indirectly by helping to forward the mission of MRVN through events and other promotions.

2. Promoting volunteerism among motorcyclists in general.

Each member participates in activities by personal choice. Participation in activities in and of itself relinquishes any responsibility of MRVN as an organization, and as individuals, for any and all liabilities resulting in participation in any MRVN related event or activity.

All activities and events must comply with any and all state or local laws and ordinances. Any personal injury or property damage which may occur during a MRVN activity becomes the responsibility of the individual parties involved. At no time shall MRVN, its Officers or membership as a whole be held liable.

Involvement in any illegal activities will be grounds for immediate removal from all MRVN rosters and membership roles and forbidden to claim any association with MRVN. Such removed members shall be subject to the following;

• Removal of MRVN patch and insignias of any sort.
• Prohibited to participate in any activity of MRVN.

MRVN reserves the right to accept or reject members and to revise or amend our bylaws where necessary without notice.
